‘Pulp Sun Drying’ (or PSD as we call it in the ‘biz), is when a coffee cherry is left to dry in the sun with the outer pulp still on it. Sounds easy, right? That’s ‘cause it is. The hard part’s raking over tonnes of these beans on the daily to keep them fresh. It’s an effort that pays off well when you get to sip on this absolute cracker of a coffee.

Smoky, peaty and nutty are descriptions you’d usually find associated with single malts, but they're pretty spot on for this coffee as well. Swarnagiri or ‘Golden Mountain' is home to a bean that we like to call, ‘Coorg’s gift to the world’. Run by the same family for five entire generations, this estate is as OG as it can get.
