Get ready to sip on a brew that is history in the making because Tribe Koraput is back! This tribe from Odisha has been growing semi-wild, bio-dynamic, arabica coffee for years. Now they work with the amazing Tribe-O Project to modernise farming without losing age-old traditions. In 2021, for the first time ever, Koraput tried fermentation. Cured on raised beds and fermented with yeast to get an effect similar to craft beer, the beans have unbelievable natural sweetness and aromatics that are a perfume-like level of wow. Good cost performance

This bean could be cultivated under not optimal conditions but its characteristic is clear and good. I prefer slightly add a roast to make this coffee aroma boost and did it. Just I say the good cost performance because I can buy better one in the catalog in this site.

The roaster has brought out the best flavours. Design of the packet is very appealing.

An outstanding Light Roast. I have brewing V60 and Chemex methods with a finer grind size than usual. It delivers the tasting notes to perfection and the low bitterness is an added bonus.
